Due to the nature of our products (used, rare, and print-on-demand books), we follow a strict but fair returns policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind

- Preference issues
β When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted
We will only consider a return or exchange under the following conditions:

- π The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete

To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear images of the product
- Send details via WhatsApp or email

- All cases are carefully reviewed by our team
- If approved, processing time will depend on the nature of the issue
- We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our criteria

We do not offer cash refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer (IBFT)
- Cheque
- Store Credit

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original invoice/receipt must be included
- Product must be properly repacked
- Price/SKU tag must remain attached

- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer in all cases
- We recommend secure packaging to avoid further damage
