The Collins German Pocket Dictionary

This "Teacher's Resource Book" shows how materials for both more-able and less-able students can be used and suggests a teaching sequence for each page in the "Student's Book". It is part of of Level 2 of the "Solo" French language course. Based in Augsburg, Bavaria, Level 2 leads students on from Level 1 to a very different part of Germany. The level reflects the growing sophistication of students in both content and style and introduces learning strategies that are developed to encompass dictionary skills. Material is provided to cover levels 2-5 of the National Curriculum across all four attainment targets, whilst offering opportunities for more-able students to work at level 6.
