The rhetorical question is one of those grammatical quirks that just doesn't seem to have any logic to it; a question that doesn't require an answer - what kind of question is that? However, now, thanks to Answers to Rhetorical Questions, you will no longer be left in the dark when someone asks you 'what love's got to do with it?', 'what shall we do with the drunken sailor?' or 'who wants to be a millionaire?' All these answers and many more are contained in this playful and informative gift book, which includes: . How long is a piece of string? . Whose life is it anyway? . How much is that doggy in the window? . How soon is now? . Are you blind? The days of being baffled and bemused are over thanks to this tongue-in-cheek book that will have its readers not only laughing out loud but perhaps even learning something utterly irrelevant too.

The existence of this book is entirely unnecessary and some of the questions that no one ever wondered about are are not even given straight answers. That all being said, this is an interesting book. It's funny and well written. Some of them are less funny/interesting than others, but we can't expect absolute perfection. I purchased this book as a gift for my brother and I think it would make a great gift for anyone who lives in a constant state if curiosity.

I'm sure that there are people who will enjoy this, but I got bored with it really quickly. Dipped in and out, and then deleted.

It's like hearing Jack Dee or some dead pan stand up comic in a book. The book is short but it will make you think and then you will fall of your bed or seat. Very nice book to help you to beat sadness. It gave me a smile and will make you happy. Worth buying.

This is a new addition to the bathroom shelf and promotes interesting conversations when my dinner guests return from washing hands and other euphemisms. Great for a one-page comfort break.
