Returns and Exchange Policy
Global Books does not have any return or exchange policy.However, in unavoidable circumstances, we will only accept refund/exchange if the customer finds any defect or if the wrong product has been delivered, The customer can contact our customer services and send images of the product(s) to the given Whatsapp No.within 24 hours from the time of delivery.If the submitted case is found to be genuine,it will take reasonable time depending upon the nature of the case. Furthermore, please note we do not cater to any cash refund. We will only refund via IBFT,cheque and Store Credit.
Refund/Exchange will be subject to
(1) The item being repacked properly with the original invoice/receipt.
(2) The product must be unused with the price/SKU tag attached.Once our team has reviewed and is satisfied,exchange or refund will be initiated.
Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is"No longer needed", the shipping expenses are paid by customer in all cases .
Valid reasons to return an item
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
